Landgasthaus Kress in Cambs

Surprise find. We were looking for dinner, a lot in the area was closed. The inn is modern and pleasantly furnished, the service is very lovable, the food is classically down-to-earth. The fried potatoes are recommended! You just can't be late, the kitchen closes quite early (during the week at least), I think it was 8.30 p.m. But a few guests who came a little later still got a warm dinner a la carte. Warm place here!

Very good. Ambience, service. And great food. Tastes great for us. E.g. Sauerfleisch was so good, my husband said it was very well seasoned. Not too mad. Not too tight. Sorry, he ate up. And mean something We liked it so much, and food is very important so that we will go there again.

Eaten super delicious! Fresh salad with very good pieces of beef fillet and fried cocktail tomatoes seasoned with fresh herbs ... Highly recommended, from my point of view.

Super nice service, because even if the terrace wasn't open today, we motorcyclists could still use it today to have a delicious small meal. One can only say 1a about this

Very great ambience in the outdoor area. Great staff, fast and very nice service. And only the kitchen - the cook is absolutely great! You can confidently eat the menu from top to bottom - just great! The cook is not allowed to stop. Anytime again - see you soon.

The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and the toilets nice and clean. Hygiene rules are adhered to perfectly.

Our late lunch couldn't have been more idyllic and delicious. On comfortable armchairs under the apple tree there was hearty home cooking, fresh fish with chanterelles and spagetti for the child. A clear recommendation for us!

Kitchen really very good. Top ingredients, skillfully processed. Salting is necessary for my personal taste, but completely legitimate to cook like this. Service unfortunately from the time when another table was occupied, practically no longer available. Lack of attention, despite the theoretically multiple possibilities. Keyword tunnel vision and "empty running" ... very bad, we would have liked to have made more sales.

Very nice hidden, moody beer garden behind the house with shady spots. Nice, friendly staff, who unfortunately forgot the one or the other ordered drink. You have to be persistent. Food - tasty middle-class home cooking. Very cozy atmosphere. The waiters should, perhaps in their own monetary interest, stop by more often.

Excellent food and a very nice atmosphere. The menu is clear, but leaves nothing to be desired. The waitstaff seemed a bit annoyed at first, which was probably due to the fact that we hadn't reserved. On the whole, it was worth every euro.

You have to visit the country house. The dining room and the beer garden are unique. Coziness, very good and nice service as well as excellent food and drinks are the hallmarks of the Landhaus Kreß. The location of the country house, the direct connection to the A 14 motorway and the area around Lake Cambs invite you to stay and linger. The price-performance ratio is very good. We'd love to come back, I promise.

Nice restaurant located in a great place where you can enjoy your holiday meals. The food was good and not too expensive.
